How much does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199. Your actual price depends on your average monthly expenses. We'll give you a flat quote after a short conversation about your business.
My books are behind. Can you catch them up?
Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is priced by the project depending on how far back we need to go. Once everything is current and accurate, we can move into regular monthly bookkeeping.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Service is month-to-month. If it's not working for you, you can cancel anytime.
How do I share documents with you?
We use a secure system for file sharing. It takes just a few minutes to set up and we'll walk you through it when you come on board. You can also email documents if that's easier in the moment.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not at all. Everything is handled remotely with a smooth, organized process. Most clients in the Long Beach and Greater LA area prefer it that way, and it works just as well for businesses outside the region.
What software do you use?
We work in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it yet, we can set it up for you and train you on how to use it.
What do I need to do each month?
Make sure your bank and credit card feeds are connected and upload any receipts we ask for. That's about 15 minutes of your time. We handle everything else.
Do you file taxes?
We don't file income taxes, but we prepare your books so your CPA or tax preparer has a clean, accurate file when it's time to file. We also handle 1099 preparation for your contractors and vendors.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day. If something is time-sensitive, let us know and we'll prioritize it.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. You can hire us for monthly bookkeeping, catch-up work, bill payment, invoicing, or QuickBooks training. Pick one or combine a few. It's up to you.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a week. If your books need catch-up work, we start there. If everything is current, we move straight into monthly bookkeeping.
